SERVICES

Physical Therapy/Rehab
​60 to 90 minute sessions aimed at determining root causes and factors contributing to pain/limited performance.
​
Once a plan of care is established, each follow-up session builds upon the last, improving pain, function, strength and performance
Recovery/Wellness​ ​
30-minute​ sessions that can include soft tissue work, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, myofascial decompression aka cupping, spinal manipulation and/or dry needling
Personalized Programming​

​Personalized custom programming aimed at improving strength and mobility to allow you to continue to train and perform pain-free and at your peak
  • Options for 2-3 days per week with ​​​access to your coach via training app and text at all times
Custom programming for more than 4+ days per week as well as injury  modifications also available by request

​I had been struggling with low back pain since high school. Each time I'd get hurt I would just stop lifting and I was always fearful of getting too heavy with my deadlifts. Finally, I decided to get some guidance with this issue. After going through a thorough assessment with Guillermo, it was determined I had some significant deficiencies with hinging. He was able to take all the information from the assessment and build a custom program to attack my weaknesses.

In one month I was able to feel significantly stronger and much more comfortable with heavy deadlifts and olympic lifts!

I have worked with Doc Gmo and CrossPhysio consistently over the past year to improve my strength and flexibility. This time last year my deadlift max was 225; I am now repping 225 for sets of 5! I was also unable to overhead squat a 35lb barbell and am now able to overhead squat with load and without pain!
