All physical therapy plans of care will begin with a comprehensive evaluation and assessment which may include manual/hands-on work, corrective exercises and an initial home exercise program to help provide you with the tools and techniques to begin your journey back to full, pain-free fitness and function.

During this initial session, we take our time with you to determine any deficits or dysfunctions that may have contributed to injury or may even increase your risk of re-injury. This allows us to help you minimize or eliminate the cause of pain you may currently be dealing with and develop the best plan of care to help:​
  • ​Reduce/Eliminate your pain
  • Continue to train around pain/an injury
  • Stay on track with your goals
  • Become a stronger, more resilient human being and athlete​ ​
Follow - Up Sessions 
Follow-up sessions will consist of re-assessment of symptoms and function, provide appropriate manual therapies as needed and progress your personalized treatment plan in order to improve symptoms and work on your corrective programming to ensure that you continue progressing toward your goals

Initial Evaluation & Assessment
  • Initial session used to determine factors contributing to pain and limitation
  • Establish plan of care
  • Provide initial home program to continue benefits and improvements achieved at initial session

What does that mean? It simply means we do not bill insurance providers.
We aim to provide the best quality care without the restrictions or limitations that are often seen within the complicated and at times difficult to navigate healthcare system. As an out-of-network practice, we are in the best possible position to provide and deliver the highest level of care to you - no hidden fees, no loopholes, no fine print. We work for you and with you.

If requested, we are able to provide you with a Superbill that will give you the option to submit for reimbursement per your insurance’s out-of-network policy and benefits. If you are unsure what these policies are, we are happy to help you determine what those policies are.

What is Dry Needling?

​​Dry needling is a treatment technique utilized to decrease muscular restrictions, reduce pain, improve range of motion and improve muscle firing patterns. At CrossPhysio, we utilize dry needling in which a thin myofilament needle is used to elicit a twitch response within a muscle to gain the above mentioned treatment effects.

​Dry needling is not acupuncture.
